In recent years, corporate ethics becomes more and more important. Alot of the enterprises have started to pay attention to ethics managementbesides profit. Q Company, as a leader of the wireless communicationsindustry and member of FORTUNE500, also has done much work in ethicsmanagement and got achievements. This paper is based on ethics practice ofQ Company, to analyze its strengths and weaknesses, to find the importanceof corporate ethics and method to implement it.The first chapter is an introduction, describes the background of thisresearch, the research content and methods. The second chapter clarified thedefinition of corporate ethics and corporate ethics management. In ChapterIIIļ¼Œdetails of Q Company ethic management practices are introduced andanalyzed, including company profiles, its opinion about ethics and therelationship between ethics and business, corporate ethics status,questionnaire and interview about its corporate ethics. The Chapter IV analyzes the ethics management of Q Company, including code of ethics,ethics organizations, ethics managers, ethics training, ethics leadership andethics control. The chapter V gives appraisal of ethics management of QCompany. Overall, it is excellent. It promotes enterprise development and ispromoted by enterprise development. There are also some inadequacies, suchas the company still considers more about shareholders than stakeholder. ThisChapter also provides suggestions for those inadequacies. In Chapter VI,conclusion and outlook are presented.
