Then, all the function departments of the enterprise need to do their business based on its competive strategy and their activities must be matched with its competive stragety.The competition of modern enterprises is not only the competion among individual enterprise,but more depending on the competition amogn supply chains. From this perspective, it could be said that the supply chain management is becoming one of core competive stengths for an enterprise. How to design and promote the supply chain management and make it match with enterprise's competive strategy, is the main study field related to modern enterprise's management.This essay uses the "five-strength competive model" created by Porter M.E to analyze B company's competive strategy and draws the conclusion that the "differential competive strategy" is suitable to B company. And after studying the current supply chain management of B company, the factors that are not matchable with "differential competive strategy" are raised, finally, the essay also gives out the proposals about how to optimize and improve the supply chain management to B company. |
