In the modern significance,supply chain management is a very important link or part of modern enterprise management.Whether the company has a mature supply chain and whether it will continue to innovate in the supply chain will have a direct impact on the overall performance of the company's existing supply chain,which will directly affect the value of its output,or directly affect the company's profits and degrade the product quality and customer satisfaction.With the development of information technology in this century and the reduction in costs brought about by the renewal of international logistics and freight transportation technologies,which have accelerated economic globalization,multinational corporations(MNC)have been expanding their markets and developing global supply chains day by day.There are two definitions,one is the Low Cost County sourcing(LCC)and another one is named as Global Value Sourcing(GVS)implemented by MNC.Although this kind of global supply chain strategy model can enable MNC to obtain better costs or make comprehensive use of resources that they do not have,due to differences in culture,language,way of thinking,and time difference,it is undeniable that information transmitted in the supply chain have deviations or omissions.At the same time,the transition from the local supply chain to the international supply chain has undoubtedly increased the number of information levels and information interfaces throughout the supply chain and too many nodes in the chain more likely to make communicating faster and more efficiently inefficient compared to the local supply chain.The disadvantages also increase the risk of international project management and cause project delays.All these have made it difficult for the management of international supply chains.This article gives a brief introduction to the SCM status of S company then based on development of the supply chain as well as specific situation of S company,relevant theories of supply chain management and related models of strategic management are introduced.At the same time comprehensive use of literature review,data consolidation and analysis as well as other research methods to analyzes the origins of traditional supply chains and the types of operation modes and types are applied.S company conducted reforms and innovations on the supply chain of the PG Division according to the research on the status of top-down regional supply chain management models characterized by the classification of categories and at the same time supply chain management related,various types of on line tools to promote information transparency,efficiency and etc.are involved improved.The essay focuses optimization of the company's regional supply chain operation strategy.
