As developing of online shopping, it became more and more difficult for consumers to screen the products and online shops. Now the new product search engine already existed. Through advanced product search engines, it connects the shoppers with over a million products of the leading online shopping retailers. Likewise, it gives visitors an overview of these products which makes their online shopping easier. Similarly, its online shop partners receive visitors i.e. shoppers which bring along with them a higher probability of purchasing a product. Fashion.de is one of excellent websites of this kind.This article introduced the case about the Fashion.de website redesign based on the customer investigation. The aim of this research is to develop a balance between the adaptation to online trends and user-friendliness of product search engine which is the core function and revenue generator of the portal in order to create a better website performance, image and customer experience.This article tried to give some strategic suggestions on designing as a whole and long-term developing of the company. The conclusion of this research is based on previous literatures, the results of qualitative research, quantitative research, competitors' analysis and new trend forecasting.According to the research, service and customers experience need to be stepped up, company should integrate all its online resources in extent and deepness and improve its offline corporation with partner shops in order to increase clicks and popularity.
