Effects Of Business Incubator's Intellectual Capital On Knowledge Transfer And Incubatees' Growth

Business incubator is a platform nuturing new enterprises, by providing a range of necessary management support and resource network to help and promote the growth of new enterprises. Business incubator's intellectual capital is of great significance to the transfer of incubator's knowledge to incubatees and incubatees'growth.This paper reviews the relevant literatures of business incubator, knowledge transfer, intellectual capital. Using the questionnaire survey empirical research method to explore the influence of business incubator's intellectual capital on the transfer of incubator's knowledge to the incubatees and the growth of incubatees. Basing on relevant intellectual capital theories, this paper defines the concept of business incubator's intellectual capital, discusses the components of business incubator's intellectual capital and the relationship among the components, a research model is built and the corresponding assumptions are proposed on this basis. The questionnaire is designed after the the study of the variable measures.This paper use the correlation analysis and regression analysis of SPSS to analyzing the investigation data. And the research results are:business incubator's human capital is positive related with structural capital,internal relatioal capital and external relational capital, structural capital isn't obviously positive related with internal relational capital; business incubator's huaman capital, structural capital, internal relational capital and external relational capital seperately has obviously positive effect on its knowledge transfer; And business incubator's knowledge transfer has a strong inflence on incubatees' growth.
