Cooperative Knowledge Transfer Mode

Industry-university cooperation was an important source to get knowledge for an enterprise. So the rules of knowledge transfer we got from industry-university cooperation could give us some advises in actual operation.We summarized a framework of knowledge transfer basing-on the knowledge management theories on this paper, and then used this framework to analysis knowledge transfer within different industry-university cooperation. We got the first model: transferring-knowledge base-on product. Further we studied the pattern of strengths and weaknesses, mainly in its analysis of the practical difficulties in actual. Then we thought out another mode: transferring-knowledge base-on intellectual capital. We compared transferring-knowledge base-on product with transferring-knowledge base-on intellectual capital in detail at last.This paper focused on the combination of theory and practice. We started with the actual cooperation in the search for knowledge transfer rules, summed up the knowledge transfer mode, and used this model to analysis of the case. This paper's process was from the case and to the case.
