Research On The Development Of Tourism Village Form Under The Tourism Urbanization

In recent years, a lot of cities which have the advantages in natural resources develop tourism vigorously. Tourism becomes a pillar industry in these cities, and makes the process of urbanization contining to accelerate tourism. Lijiang makes use of its unique advantages in natural resources to develop tourism. As a result, it promotes local economic growth and the course of tourism urbanization, makes the continuous expansion of city size. A lot of periphery villages are urbanized gradually, and causes certain effects on the development of periphery village form. For this purpose, this article takes Longquan village and Baihua village of Lijiang city as examples to do research. By studying development of form changes in the village history, characteristics, problems and impact factors under the tourism urbanization, it brings forward the strategies on the sustainable development of village to small town.This article is divided into seven chapters, concrete content as follows:Chapter one:Based on tourism urbanization, urban fringe, village and it's form, this chapter provides an overview of the current domestic and international relevant research. On the basis, it introduces this subject by the object of study and content, purpose and significance, research methods and writing frameworks etc, in order to support the theories and frameworks for the follow-up writing of this article.Chapter two:On the basis of seal describing in the development progress of Lijiang and it's tourism, this chapter carries out investigation and discussion on the impact of periphery village in the course of development of tourism urbanization of Lijiang.Chapter three:This chapter in-depth analyses and elaborates Longquan village's geographic location, history evolution, form layout, landscape feature, socio-economic development situation, tourism development and protection. And then, it studies the change composing in reply with city location relation, village overall form, neighbourhood space form and building form of Lungquan village, and sums up out whose form changing characteristics.Chapter four:This chapter in-depth analyses and elaborates Baihua village's geographic location, history evolution, form layout, landscape feature, socio-economic development situation, tourism development and protection. And then, it studies the change composing in reply with city location relation, village overall form, neighbourhood space form and building form of Baihua village, and sums up out whose form changing characteristics.Chapter five:This chapter points out the problems of the development of village form: The loss of the rich arrangement of ideas village space form; The derivation of the neighbourhood space form; The dissimilation of building form. And then, it analyses the problems' influencing factor from deeper arrangement of ideas, summarizes main influencing factors:Natural factors (topography factors, resource constraints and location factors); Social factors (economic factors, policy and institutional factors, ideological factors, planning factors); Tourism urbanization factors. And then, it draws out the village form change influencing factor pattern picture.Chapter six:responsing the problems and its influencing factors of the development of the village form, this chapter introduces relevance theories as follows:sustainable development theory, modern systematic theory and certainly organization systematic dynamic methodology. Enlightenment according to these theory, it suggests that the development model of village to small town——Construction of tourism town, and brings forward specific development strategies:Clearly defined objectives, adhering to the "protection first" principle; Planning in advance, providing scientific policy and system security; Digging deep cultural connotation, appropriate development of tourism; Publicity campaign to raise awareness of the villagers involved in spontaneous.Chapter seven:The conclusion of this article. Through the preceding analysis and research, it sums up out the results of this study and points out the inadequacies of this study and future research directions.
