| In recent years,the agriculture and rural e-commerce in China have ushered in a booming and rapid development momentum in the context of rural revitalization.After rapid development of rural e-commerce,a number of Taobao Villages and Taobao Town were produced.In 2009,Ali Research Institute released three Chinese Taobao Villages.By 2018,Taobao Village's number has become 3,202.National Document No.1 continuously emphasizes the development of rural industries and comprehensively promotes the necessity and urgency of rural revitalization.Rural work is still the focus of national work.After entering the Internet era,the city's new Internet technology gradually moved to the countryside,and the emergence of rural e-commerce industry changed the pattern of one-way flow of urban and rural factors.Information,knowledge and capital are combined with rural resources to promote the rapid development of rural urbanization.As a new direction for the development of rural China,Taobao Village provides an effective way to solve the problem of rural revitalization.This paper takes the space of Taobao Village in Xuzhou as the research object,and takes Xuzhou City as a regional sample.Based on the theoretical analysis,the interview data and questionnaire data are used to combine the case study and the measurement method.Explore the development of Xuzhou City Taobao village,the village and the status of the spatial distribution of domain space and the evolution of influencing factors,and ultimately come to Xuzhou Taobao village planning strategy.Firstly,through the software platform such as ArcGIS,the method of nuclear density analysis is used to analyze the spatial distribution of Taobao Village in Xuzhou and Suining County in 2013-2018.Exploring the spatial and temporal dynamics of Xuzhou City and Taobao Village in Suining County,it is concluded that the local agglomeration of Xubao Taobao Village is obvious.The city is mainly concentrated in Suining County,and the county center is mainly distributed in Shaji Town.The number of Taobao Village has continued to increase at a high speed since 2013.The state of the eastern township has changed to spread throughout the county.The center of gravity has moved from east to southwest-northwest-west.The overall situation has shifted from regional agglomeration to gradual orientation.The evolutionary characteristics of the west expansion.Secondly,choose the representative Taobao Village in Shaji Town as a research sample.It is found that the internal spatial structure of Taobao Village in Xuzhou City is closely related to its industrial development stage and its influence by e-commerce providers.It also summarizes the three categories of higher e-commerce degree,general e-commerce degree and lower e-commerce degree.The current spatial structure and evolution characteristics of Taobao Village.At last,analyzes the main problems faced by Taobao Village in terms of industrial development and spatial planning: the former includes fierce competition in ecommerce industry,serious product homogeneity,misplaced talent supply and demand,and lack of production space.Lack of village-industry overall planning,diverse villagers' willingness,lack of planning funds,insufficient infrastructure construction,etc.Then,from the three perspectives of industrial development,spatial layout and planning management,Taobao Village is proposed to develop and optimize strategies. |
