Study On The Effect Of Port Resources Integration Based On System Simulation Model

As the joints between land and sea transportation, the ports are taking great effect on allocating resources, adjusting the regional industrial structure, and promoting economic development. With continuous development and construction of new ports numbers of ports have been greatly increased. Competition between each port has became more seriously that great group of ports shares limited hinterlands around the ports. In this situation, I was intending to break the geographical restrictions by integrating port resources orderly by overall planning and effectively use of resources that each port contains, and to increase profit and decrease loss. In that case a combined group of ports can integrate each port's advantage, and be more competitive in the market and more effective against risk. We can make good use of the advantage of integrity peculiarity to establish integrated transport system with the surrounding areas by integration, the integration can also promote further effect on communication and exchange in the production factor as the inter-regional logistics flow, capital flow, information flow and so on, then through the integration of regional resources can enhance the integrity of the region in order to achieve the goal of promoting regional economic integration.Firstly, the study or the conclusion my paper presented is based on a large number of document on the port resources integration related theory and the typical case at home and abroad, I bring up the port resources integration pattern, and analyze the development of port resources integration in status and trends, draw the conclusion about the necessity of construction in port resources integration, which is demonstrated by qualitative analysis theory. Secondly, my paper introduce the related theory as the computer means and dynamics theory in imitating complex system problems, my paper consider the relationship between port, the economy and coastal resources, also in the Port of mutual restraint and cooperation relations, then study the cause and effect feedback mechanism of port resources integration, which forms the corresponding system flow diagram. My paper takes the Jinzhou port as an example to predict future trends of the combination port and provides strong evidence in Port resource decision-making and policy recommendations. Thirdly, all of those made the conclusions of my paper and the further research direction.
