With the coming of knowledge economy age, the function of scientific and technological progress is becoming more and more significant to economic growth, and becoming the eternal power and source of economic growth. New challenges and requirements have been put forward. So for the Wuhan City, what are the characteristics and regulations of economic growth, which are the main factors that affect economic growth, how much on the extent are various factors impact on economic growth, How to measure and quantify the relationship between scientific and technological progress and economic growth and a series of questions related with the interaction between scientific and technological progress and economic growth have been concerned by policy makers and the community. In this case, this paper analyzes the scientific and technological progress and economic growth in Wuhan. The research works and achievements are as follows:1,Use Grey Dynamic Connection Search Analysis and Grey Dynamic Time-Delay Models to analysis the time-delay influence on economic growth by scientific and technological progress in Wuhan. We use the accumulate operation to regulate the fluctuant data sequence, and make the estimated parameter reasonable.2,We find out Scientific and technological inputs lag in Wuhan, improve their input elements and do the Gray Relational Analysis. By relevance ranking, we find out the key element that influences the economic growth in Wuhan.3,By general consideration of indicators, it improved on the base of the C-D productive function, construct the production function model, integrate the various figures, and calculate the contribution by elements of science and technology on economic growth. Then use this way to analyze the scientific and technological progressing and economic growth in reality.4,Base on the research of Economy-Science and Technology system, we select them and do some previous data processing, establish a comprehensive evaluation index system, we adjust various factors, and analyze the Grey Relations, Supple by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the relationship between them. By calculating the coordination, coordinated development degree and coordinated development of factor, we can analyze the High-tech Zone in Wuhan Economy-Science and Technology system in a coordinative way. |
