With the development of economic globalization and Information technology, our modern logistics is in an important strategic opportunity period. In our country, the "Ten Major Industry Revitalization plan"regards logistics as foundational, supporting important industry, which Further promotes the rapid development of logistics services. Meanwhile, more and more enterprises realize the importance of logistics and logistics strategy becomes one of the important constituent part and core competitiveness essential factors of the enterprise development strategy. Logistics is called "the third source of profits", however, the serious shortage of modern Logistics Management Professionals becomes a "bottleneck" that constraints the development of our logistics industry. With excellent Logistics development environment,in recent years logistics services and enterprise logistics have a rapid development in Shandong Province. But they also face the present demand and supply disequilibrium o fmodern Logistics management professionals. Therefore this paper will start from big logistics development environment of Shandong Province, first analyse present situation and the existing questions of Shandong logistics talents market and then forecast the demanded Quantity of Shandong logistics talents market, and finally focus on the countermeasures of logistics talents development strategy in shandong.This paper can be divided into five parts.The first part introduces the objectives and Significance of the research. The second part tells about talents, the related concepts and the meaning of talents development strategy. The third part analyses logistics talent demand characteristics and the grey system theory.The fourth part through grey forecasting method establishes talents demand forecasting model to make forecasting analysis on logistics talents demand from 2010 to 2015. The fifth part is the end, and it promotes suggestions on logistics talents strategy. On the theory of talents development strategy, the paper analyses the logistics and the present supply and demand of logistics talents and advances related suggestions of logistics talents development strategy. The main studies of the paper are as following:1 Analyses the characteristics of logistics talent demand in shandong province, and analyzes the unbalanced supply and demand of talents.2.Make forecast and analysis on the quantity of logistics talents supply and demand in Shandong province from 2010 to 2015.3.On the basis of the analysis of Shandong logistics and present situation of logistics talents, promotes the countermeasures of logistics talents development, including strategic objectives, Guiding Principles,steps and key points,etc.
