The key to ensure sustainable development of enterprise is enhancing competitiveness, and talent is the core competitiveness of an enterprise. A large number of high skilled talents are needed by a competitive company. The best mechanism to have talent is doing talent training inside enterprise, but not inviting talent which as complementary strategy. As knowledge based enterprises which the core objects is human resource, the software enterprise should build and perfect talent training system.Nowadays, some problems have been existed in talent training system in software enterprise. With the status and characteristics of talent training in R company, this paper aims to do research on the training system building and operation based on the relevant theories. The talent training system in R company consists of three parts, professional software talent training, project manager training and management talent training. And the project involves requirement analysis, program design, operation and feedback. Through the study, this paper make a conclusion of talent training in software.
