In the 21st century, Companies increasingly focus on talents as further development of market economy,as senior management talents who play a key role in decision-making, have become the most important part of human resource planning, this paper had make a comprehensive prediction of the demand for senior management talents in Inner Mongolia Power Company , provide a reliable demand forecast model to the power companies,for the future of human resources provides a new direction.In this paper, Firstly, the domestic and foreign talent prediction theory are reviewed ,we also elaborated on the scope of senior management talents and characteristics. Through the overview of Inner Mongolia Power Companies'development and the analysis on status of senior management talents, Including the organizational structure and personnel structureclear the problems of the company's senior management talents. Secondly,adopting Grey Model and another forecasting method on the basis of the interacting analysis of the relevant talents,the relative forecasting of the demand have been done.And then,the two results tend to the cognate by forecasting results comparison. Finally, aiming at the characteristics of the demand for the company's senior talents, training and development measures were proposed ,for the company's future development of senior management talents provided the basis.
