Asymmetrical information in tourism restricts its development. Between the tourist and travel agency's information asymmetrical situation most attracts attention. This research has the very big practical significance. Game theory is the general theory of strategic behavior. Generally, it depicted in mathematical form. The rules of the game state who can do what, and when they can do it. Economic situations are treated as games. A player's payoff is the amount that the player wins or loses in a particular situation in a game.Five sections are included in this thesis, as following:In the first section three parts are reviewed:research setting, contemporary progress of the subject domestic and abroad, study purpose. In the second part the information asymmetrical between the travel agency and tourists. It contains complete information static game, complete information dynamic game, repeated game, incomplete information static game and incomplete information dynamic game. The third part mainly analyzes and studies four countermeasures. The travel agency implements the customer member system; the travel agency good faith system is carried out; the government supervision is strengthened; tour guide's behavior is restrained and the drive. The fourth part is the conclusion. It is the summary to second and the third part. The Fifth has written separately the insufficiency and the forecast.The travel agency adopts the customer member system to be possible to guarantee that they carry on redundant gambling with the tourist. It is advantageous in realizing the information communication, benefit sharing and the experience exchanges. Regarding both sides, this is win-win.
