Study Of The Method And Technology Of Tourist Travel Decision Support System

Socio-economic development, scientific and technological progress, productivity enhancement, working and living conditions improvement, these factors have greatly promoted the rapid development of public, comprehensive, regional tourist activities.There are mass tourism data and information in an area. With the rapid development of the modern technology of Internet and GIS and so on, it is an urgent important issue to be resolved how to use new methods and new technologies to better provide services for tourist travel.There are many following questions in the current study. In the current tourism management information system, data attribute is only, and spatial data mining, tourist market forecasting and tourist resource evaluating are insufficient; The query service is more focused, however, the tourist decision service provided for tourist is insufficient; the tourism e-commerce is scarce. In this thesis, from the start of the spatial decision process of the tourist travel, the methods and techniques of the tourist decision support system are studied, and the following progress are achieved.1. The spatial decision process of the tourist travel is studied. It is put forward that the multi-modal cognitive, multi-model decision-making, case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning integrated research are the primary methods of tourist travel decision support system, and the establishment of tourist travel decision support system is an important technology providing tourist travel decision service.2. The data modeling and data management of tourism travel decision support system are studied, and database construction and data encoding are realized, and data processing system is developed to dynamically maintain database.3. The knowledge base and case base of tourism travel decision support are studied. It is put forward that knowledge is represented by using the production rule extension, and tourism travel decision knowledge base and case base are designed by using database normal formulas theory. The reasoning methods of knowledge base and case base are realized, and tourism travel decision knowledge base and case base are built.4. The use of integration of case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning, multimedia and virtual scene as tourist travel decision aid, tourism travel decision plan implementation feedback tool for maintaining tourist travel decision case base, and so on, tourism travel decision support playing chess system is designed to help tourist with tourist travel plan.5. Take Yunnan Province tourism travel decision support system as an example, the tourist travel decision support system is studied.
