Red tourism is a social system engineering,as special kind of tourism product, is of multiple functions,such as politcs,culture,economy,etc,. With the clearly Chinese-feature new pioneering work,the significance of the successfully exploitation of the red tourism place is very important, although it has gotten some achievements on the research of the tourist contentment degree there,The key to success of red tourism exploitation is tourist's satisfaction with the destination. At present, research and practice concerning red tourism are at elemently phrase, still is resource oriented and aiming at tourism scale.There is a lack of research on tourist's satisfaction with red destination.Taking the example of red-tourism of Shaoshan,as the research objective, this article reviews and summarizes important literatures at home and abroad with a beginning of the concepts of Customer Satisfaction and tourist's satisfaction with red destination. Then, based on the readings of literatures and the interviews to specialists,Next, we used the questionnaire to find out tourists' opinion on the importance and satisfaction of each indicator. We use the table of Likert's five-scale to weigh and to investigate the tourist concentrating degree(the expectation before going there) and the practicality experience there;the score is from 1 to 5,the higher score, the higher expectation.The new sevene sub-themes of fators of red destination included:red attractions,tourism service,tourist infrastructure and tourism environment of four aspects with 23 questions.Meanwhile,the author usese SPSS 11.0 for Windows to make a statistic analysis on the data obtained fromthe questionnaire survey,and improves that the measurement index system performswell on reliability.On the basis of the research,the author identifies the critical factors whichinfluence the customer satisfaction of China's timesharing by statistic methodsincluding correlation analysis,ANOVA,IPA,etc,. Furthermore, the author analyzesthe disturbing factor which has an influence on customers' awareness of the customersatisfaction. The statistic analysis indicate that At present,the whole contentment degree about the tourrists to the Shao moutain scenery is 3.96 score,and is higher than the common standard (3 score);the basic circumstances of the tourrist sample has some influence on the estimate for the contentment degree of the every elements.special meal, features of merchandise,The completion of communication/bank/postal,The friendly degree with crowded,Friendly attitude of local residents are need to be improved urgently, The whole tourist contentment degree has markable correlation,etc.Finally,based upon the results of theoretical research and empirical analysis,the reseach attempts to offer some effective measures to puts forward the item that can improve the highly difference between the apperceive and the expectation, which can take pertinency improvement to different population Statistic variable, heighten tourist satisfaction with red destination, our discussion are manly in three aspect:exploiting red resource profoundly,Valuing the visitor expect to manage,raise a high-quality of service.
