Research On The Influence Mechanism Transfer Climate Act On Training Transfer Effect

In the modern enterprise management practice, training is a very important way tohelp enterprise to improve organizational effectiveness. But how to ensure the realizationof the training effect is a big problem for enterprise, there are few enterprise can prove thattraining project has caused the staff in the knowledge, skill, attitude growth or change afterthe implementation. So the research of training transfer has important theoretical valueand practical significance in improving the enterprise training return on investment.By taking the literature research, this thesis took an in-depth study into document ontraining transfer in enterprises, atmosphere factors in training transfer and its functioningmodel. What’s more, based on literature research, the author designed the TrainingTransfer Performance Index and came up with six measuring dimensions by referring toin-depth interviews of enterprises. Meanwhile, on the basis of taking an intensive studyinto GTCS scale, the author made revisions on it according to the domestic situations,designed the questionnaire on executive support, performance s upport and organizationsupport and analyzed the project, reliability and validity of it with SPSS to ensure thevalidity of the questions. Meanwhile, with the questionnaire method, the author used SPSSto make systematic descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis and regressionanalysis, exploring the influence of training transfer atmosphere factors on the transferresults and building up the functioning model of the effect. In the end, the author madeseveral suggestions on improving the knowledge employees gain in training transfer inbusiness managing practice.This study aims to explore the training transfer effect evaluation dimensions, andreveals training migration atmosphere factors on training transfer effect mechanism. Thisresearch result will enrich training transfer related theory, at the same time to promote thewill of enterprise trained employees to transfer training effect to work environment,improve the organization training return on investment to promote the organization overa llperformance improvement which provide theoretical and practical reference.
