| With the rise of the knowledge economy, knowledge is gradually replacing the traditional means of production, become the most important intangible resources, intangible resources, intellectual capital is this the most research value in the concept, it became the new direction of researching the enterprise knowledge level from the perspective of knowledge management,it has attracted widespread attention. In the industry, economic has grow in recent years, logistics industry has developed rapidly, but from micro-level perspective, the logistics enterprises in China have started late, the overall level of development is not high, the level of their intellectual capital management just is low, seriously restrict the capabilities and sustainable business growth, so find that impact path has a certain practical significance.For these problems, from the perspective of intellectual capital, this paper first comb the theory of the three dimensions of intellectual capital-human capital, structural capital, relational capital and logistics capabilities, growth performance; and then design the measure framework of three dimensions of intellectual capital, logistics capabilities and growth performance; the final, with the paper's questionnaires, use of Spss and Amos to empirical research a large sample of logistics enterprises in Zhejiang Province, to work out the relationship between these five variables and explore the mutual influence among the knowledge capital, logistics capabilities, growth performance.Empirical study found that: first, the human capital and relational capital logistics in intellectual capital and logistics capabilities have positive effects on growth performance. Among them, human capital, although not directly affect growth performance, but through other variables indirect affect growth performance, and that is the greatest impact, followed by the logistics capabilities and relational capital. The fact is that human capital is so important, but the human capital scores of the sample logistics enterprises in Zhejiang Province are not ideal, which is the main reason restricting logistics capabilities. Second, the validation results show structural capital did not play a significant role in improving logistics capabilities and the growth performance, that is not consistent to the conclusions of previous studies. We find that, most of the logistics enterprises are starting from a personal transport operations, although the enterprises develop fast, they do not completely get rid of grass roots, have strong characteristics of the rule of man in the enterprises, so the corporate governance structure has not improved, the structural capital embodied in the enterprise internal and system knowledge management system is not enough to promote the logistics capabilities and growth performance significantly.Third, the relational capital is the key node of intellectual capital, especially human capital to affect on the logistics capabilities and the growth performance, and that is the important bridge from intellectual capital into vaule of the enterprise. To the above conclusions, we make a number of constructive suggestions for logistics enterprises, hope to build logistics intellectual capital and improve logistics capabilities and growth performance. |
