Along with the improvement of specialization degree, the logistics industry gradually formed, andthe development of thethird-party logistics enterprises is fast. What the third-party logistics enterprises can provide is increase from the traditional transportation and warehousing gradually to the procurement, distribution, etc.Manufacturing companiesfocus their resources on improving core abilities while asking third-party enterprises to deal with logistics and other non-core businesses through outsourcing and otherforms to get greater competitive edge. As to the third-party logistics enterprises, the key to catch the opportunity and to improve the enterprise performance is their logistics ability, which is the guarantee of high quality logistics service. And the only way to make the customers satisfied, keep the enterprise performance increasing is to improve the logistics capability.With the third-party logistics enterprises as the research object, this paper analyzes the effects of logistics capabilities of the third-party logistics enterprise on enterprise performance. This paper reviews the related literature of logistics capability and enterprise performance, and determines the composition of the third party logistics enterprise logistics capability dimensions, namely the logisticsfactors capability, logistics operation capability and potential value-added capability. The paper measures the enterprise performance from financial performance, customer performance, business process performance and learning and growth performance, due to the balanced scorecard.The paper collects the dates about how logistics capability influences the enterprise performance through questionnaires, and verifies the reasonableness of the related assumptions by using SPSS and Amos. The research finds that third-party logistics enterpriseā€™slogistics capability has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance and that different element of third-party logistics enterpriseā€™s logistics capability has a varietyof degrees of impacts on enterprise performance. The logisticsfactors capability has a significant positive impact on business process performance and learning and growth performance, but the impact on financial performance and customer performance is not significant. The logistics operation capability has a significant positive impact on financial performance, customer performance and business process performance, but the impact on learning and growth performance is not significant. The potential value-added capability has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance.According to theconclusions, the paper proposes a number of managerial implications for third-partylogistics enterprises to improve enterprise performance. First, strengthen the integration and utilization of the infrastructure equipment; second, focus on the training of integrated logistics personnel; third, enhance the logistics capability to compensate weaknesses; fourth, build dynamic alliance, enhance integration of resource; fifth, focus on innovation to enhance core competitiveness.
