| In the process of economic globalization, a lot of industries incline to gather together from one area to another. Thus the typical form of one region's characteristiceconomy is formed------Industrial clusters. Economic globalization has expanded theindustry range of industrial clusters, has extended the external exchange and cooperation, and has expanded the connection range of regional network. It has been an important means to improve one area's international competitiveness to utilize and advance the development of industrial clusters.In this paper, development actuality of manufacturing of Zhejiang is described and analysed first. And general situation of manufacturing's cluster in this district is described respectively. Then, the paper used Herfindahl index,comprehensive industrial concentration index and CR index to analyze industrial agglomeration of Zhejiang's manufacturing, pointed out that the advantaged industries in Zhejiang and where the region are, and sum up the main characteristics of the manufacturing in Zhejiang.Then the paper analyzed industrial international competitiveness of Zhejiang's manufacturing. We believe that the evaluation of the international competitiveness in Zhejiang's manufacturing sector, it is necessary to take into account both at the same time, the first product in the international market share; Second, the economic benefits of the product.Based on the analysis of industrial agglomeration and industrial competitiveness separately, the relation between them is studied. In the end of the paper, the main factors influencing international competitiveness of the manufacturing sector in Zhejiang are found through the regression analysis, the meaning of industrial and regional development policies is provided in the end. |
