With the unceasingly thorough of the concept of supply chain management and the development of the social economy in our country, the hotel industry has formed a certain scale and become a potential competitive industry, which at the beginning was a kind of commercial operation in the form of guest house, and gradually turned into the type of business with operating model. However, because of the limitations of its own system, management mode and related concepts, compared with some well-known hotels aboard,,there is a big gap. In the development wave of the hotel industry, it is an important strategic decision to develop the core business and put to use business outsourcing. Many hotels have made progress by using outsourcing. However, when making outsourcing decisions, some phenomenons such as ignoring the actual situation of the hotel, blind outsourcing might appear, therefore, expected effect will not come out.According to the corporate lifecycle theory, this article study the outsourcing decisions, so it has a certain theoretical and practical significance, and decision-making process will be more scientific in theory. Furthermore, in practice, the operation can be more pertinency. At the same time the classification of the hotel business types enriched the connotation of the hotel business, making the outsourcing more specific and detailed, all these are conducive to the effective outsourcing strategy of the hotel.This article is guided by the corporate life cycle theory, combining the questionnaire survey, qualitative and quantitative methods to summarize and analyze factors affecting the outsourcing decision-making. After surveying the data, this article used SPSS 16.0 to make the statistical analysis, then built the hotel system model of outsourcing decision-making process.The main findings in this article include:classified the hotel business, in accordance with business concentration and the contact with customer, the hotel business is divided into core business, secondary business, supporting business and marginal operations; based on the identified factors it structured the outsourcing decision process system; making the research by connecting the four stages of the hotel development with outsourcing, then got power weights of the factors at different stages, identified the content and select tendency of each stages'outsourcing. In the start-up period, the hotel is inclined to outsource marginal business, when choosing outsourcing service providers, the hotel pays more attention to their quality, experience and ability; In the growth stage, it is interested in support business and support services, value their ability, experience and price; during the mature period, the hotel tends to outsource supporting business, thinking highly of the quality, competence and experience; in the recession stage, it is still focused on supporting business outsourcing, and there should be more consideration to the quality of the outsourcer, experience and credibility.
