Study On The Effect Of Surplus Labor Transfer To The "Farmer, Countryside And Argriculture"

Rural surplus labor transfer is the inevitable offspring of urbanization and industrialization process, it has important influence and great significance to economic and social development of our country nowdays. The transfer of rural surplus labor is not only the process of reconfiguration on elements of the social productives, but also the process of reconfiguration on economic resoures of family farmers. The transfer of surplus labor, while actively promoting the solution of "farmer, countryside and agriculture" problem, has brought about new social problems which can even prevent "farmer, countryside and agriculture" problem from being solved in a certain way. As a result, the focal point in the theory circle and among local governments should be how to speed up the transfer of rural surplus labor so that it can play an active role in solving the problem of "farmer, countryside and agriculture", and at the same time, how to effectively solve the social problems accompanied by it in a timely way and remove its various negative influences. This thesis analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the rural surplus labor transfer of Longdong village. Based on the field research, this thesis also discusses the influences of the rural surplus labor transfer on "farmer, countryside and agriculture". At last, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward as to how to eliminate the negative influences on "farmer, countryside and agriculture" that brought by the transfer of rural surplus labor. This paper is made up of six parts:Part one:introduction, to discusse the background and study significance of the selected thesis, and the study progress in domestic and overseas; Part two:to introduce several basic conceptions and relative theoretic foundation; Part three:to introduce the empirical Survey of rural surplus labor transfer of Longdong village, analyzes its current situation and characteristics; Part four:to analyze the negative and positive influences of rural surplus labor transfer;Part five:relative suggestions and countermeasures aiming at the negative influences of rural surplus labor transfer on "farmer, countryside and agriculture"; Part six:conclusion.
