Railway Enterprise Diversification Development Research

China railway enterprises have developed in pluralism since 1982. Over the past three decades, the railway diversified-managed enterprises have gradually into the indispensible constituent of Chinese railroad economy. Especially in high—speed railway age, against the background of laying off employee and further reform in the railway enterprises, such diversified management face both rare opportunities of development and great challenges.The national railway service totally has 18 railway bureaus. Based on the study of the concept of railway enterprise diversification, studies of aspects in common is a focus; In the meanwhile, by focusing on Kunming railway administration, another focus is on the research of diversification management of the individual case.This paper, recalling the railway enterprise diversification development history of the current railway enterprises, measuring the overall situation of diversification and Kunming railway diversification, is to discuss the current existing prominent problems, analyze the idea, system and management, etc. Secondly, reviewing Japan for domestic railway enterprise diversification to analyse the development of railway enterprise diversification of Japan's main experience for rapid success in China, and suggestions of railway enterprise diversification is to be put forward. Finally using Kunming railway as an example, and the theory and research method of SWOT to make analysis of the development diversified management, and map out the general strategy, and the main measures of opinion suggestion. At the same time, emphasis is laid on calling attention to the main railway construction, and high speed development, while not ignoring railway enterprise diversification development of research and exploration. It can achieve railway healthy and orderly, and sustainable development.
