Thus improve the overall competition strength of Guodian Yunnan power co.,ltd, which is the question to be solved in this article.According to the strategic management theories and literature search, this paper firstly used PEST analysis method and Baud five strength model to analyze the Guodian Yunnan power co.,ltd exterior macroscopic environment, professional environment, opportunity and challenge of electric-power development.Then, through contrasting installation scale and power-generating rate of five big electricity generation groups in Yunnan, this paper has analyzed the internal situation, advantages and disadvantages of the Company.Finally, within the overall strategy frame of the Company, which is based on promoting company's core competitiveness, the Company has constructed its own electric power development strategy. Based on these foundations, by the principle of right moment, effectiveness, and specialization and being easy to implement, the Company has proposed its own development strategy and the regulatory measures of strategic security implementation. |
