| Titanium is one of the important raw materials, with the improvement of production technology, it is the hot products & widely used in chemical industry in the downstream of the market. As the biggest integrated iron and steel works in YunNan, it put forward the overall development strategy in the eleventh five-year plan, including further adjust industrial structure, focus on "the vertical extension, the transverse development, the core creation",actively promote and implement "strong and excellent in principal business, related and diversifying development". Based on this, Titanium Material Processing Project (annual production 20,000 tons) is proposed. Taking the project as research object to make a feasible analysis with project feasibility research method according to related national industries policy under the guidance of the eleventh five-year plan in order to provide a basis for KG investment disicion.Firstly, the titanium properties, application field, the titanium industry development situation at home and abroad are introduced and the industrial chain model are analyzed. The scheme is suitable for the market trend which are presented through prediction of the titanium material demand trend; Secondly, combined with the fact of KG, advantages of KG steel-titanium mode are presented through the technical analysis on titanium material processing. Based on the experienced data of same industry and feasibility study report of same type project, resource and ability of KG are studied,as well as steel-titanium mode advantages.The result of the feasibility on the finance is made by estimation, finance analysis and comprehensive evaluation; Finally, the risk of the project are facing are analyzed and related suggestion are put forward.A better prospect in titanium market at home and abroad,good performance at investment profit, sufficient supply and stable price of raw material, economy and technology are all feasible. |
