Research On The Risk Control Of W Company Silver Material Processing Project

In this paper,by using the analytical method of combining theory With practice,to spread the project risk control research,Which mainly studies the risk identification,risk analysis and risk control of W company silver material processing project.On the one hand,provides the basis of theory and practice for W company silver material processing in project risk control,on the other hand,provides an important theoretical basis for the similar project risk control.This paper discusses silver material processing project risk control from four aspects,mainly as folloWs:(1)State the research significance,research contents,research situation at home and abroad,the research methods.Theoretically summarizes the basic content of risk and risk control,raises the concept of project risk control,control process and response,Systematically analyzed the development process and status of risk control at home and abroad,points out the main problems of project risk control in our country.(2)Put forWard the analytical method of identification and evaluation,the common methods of identification and evaluation for project risk are discussed in detail,from the tWo aspects of qualitative and quantitative method.(3)Put forWard the risk avoidance,risk control,risk retention,risk transfer and other responses for all kinds of risk factors,Which the project faced.(4)The W company’s silver material processing project as an example,using the risk control theory,this paper analyzes the risk identification and risk evaluation,at the same time,the specific measures are proposed.Through the analysis and discussion of this paper,and combining With the specific case of W the company’s silver material processing project,makes an empirical analysis of risk control to verify the risk control theory model of;at the same time,builds the theory system of silver material processing project risk control for the W company;the optimizing strategy of current project risk control is proposed from the aspects of theory With the project implementation.
