Research On Engineering Project Material Management Of Enterprise A

Along with the rapid development of modern economy, the state attaches great importance to the national highway in provinces and cities, the highway transportation has entered a rapid development period, especially for the construction of the Highway. In this paper, the research object A company is a state-owned enterprise of the highway engineering project management company. Through the analysis of this company’s management situation, material classification and material procurement and supply process, we found that the project respectively have problems in classification chaos, purchasing cost is high, does not pay attention to the problem such as long-term supplier relationship management in terms of material classification, procurement, supplyTherefore, based on the actual purchasing data of A company, the paper classified the materials by ABC method. On the basis of this application, we use Karajk purchasing-supply matrix to classified the four kinds of material for further improvement. Then combined with the four important, strategic material, general material and bottlenecks different characteristics in engineering management, inventory and supply chain relationship, respectively formulate corresponding materials procurement management strategy; Finally, from A enterprise external and internal two aspects to analyze its supply environment-in external supply scheme, we put forward the corresponding design strategy, value analysis and value deferred payment, suppliers of strategic cooperation and supplier early to participate in the strategy; In the internal supply scheme, analyzes its outlets location method to establish the material supply model, study which way can find A enterprises’internal material supply method to minimize the total cost of loss.
