A Study Of The Industrialization Of China Yunnan Civil Aviation Maintenance Enterprises

The rapid development of world civil aviation led to the development of global aviation maintenance industry. In the background of China's accession to WTO, China's civil aviation market faces both of the aviation market opportunities, also faces the challenges of a globalizing world economy. Aviation maintenance industry is an emerging high-growth industries. The international aviation MRO industry in advanced countries established a market-oriented, large-scale, specialized industrial development model in a globalized economy. This paper uses theory of industrial economics to describes the industrial MRO and analyzes the concept, then introduces the international aviation business aviation maintenance industry practice in the advanced countries and the status of China's civil aviation maintenance enterprises, analysis of the advanced maintenance of enterprise management features. Secondly, the systematic analysis of the China's civil aviation reform and development opportunities.The China's aviation maintenance companies have started to industrialization. On this basis, combines with civil aviation in Yunnan Province development strategy and the historic opportunity of construction of new airport in Kunming,analysis of the civil aviation maintenance industry in Yunnan characteristics and problems, Yunnan aviation maintenance industry should be developing competitive strategy, based on the size and strength of their own and the characteristics of enterprises. The development of Yunnan civil aviation maintenance industry is not only to adapt to the needs of the development of the aviation market in Yunnan Province, but also a very good foundation to enter the maintenance of the market of South-East Asia and South Asia. Through this study, it can make the relevant departments and units recognize the practical significance of aviation maintenance industry development in Yunnan, but also gives some suggestions for airlines and maintenance organizations.
