X Aviation Maintenance Enterprise Civil Aviation Crew Training Course System Research

With the development of the comprehensive national strength and economy,resident income continues to increase and living standards gradually improve.As a result,more and more people can afford and are willing to choose the air traffic.Besides,modern logistics industry has a rapid development with the help of the Internet,which has promoted the further market expansion of the air passenger,airfreight and air transport scale.And it has become more urgent to improve the service quality and operational safety index in the civil aviation industry.As an important part of the civil aviation,the civil aviation maintenance industry needs to further enhance the ability of employees to ensure the quality and safety.X enterprise is an emerging aviation maintenance enterprise,which continuously expands the market for the survival and development of the company.X enterprise once set up the training department,which aimed at conduct the training of the civil aviation maintenance personnel,to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and the quality of the employees.But the effect was not satisfactory.Based on this,this paper had an intensive study of the problems existing in the training course system and applied the competency model to the development of the enterprise training course system in order to promote the effect of the civil aviation maintenance personnel training in X enterprise.And the main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)This paper systematically combed the research trends of the enterprise training course system and analyzed the problems and its causes in the training course system in X enterprise based on the summary of the development status of China's civil aviation maintenance industry and common problems existing in the civil aviation maintenance personnel.(2)Through the analysis of the current system and duties of the civil aviation maintenance personnel,as well as behavioral event interview,this paper extracted the competency alternative elements of the maintenance personnel.Based on this,a questionnaire investigation on competency was conducted in the maintenance personnel in X enterprise.Then this paper explored and verified the maintenance personnel competency model of X enterprise using factor analysis method.(3)Using the enterprise training course development theory and system analysis method,this paper applied the competency model to the requirements analysis of training courses,and put forward the solution to the current training course system and the guarantee measures aiming at the problems existing in the development,design,implementation and evaluation of the maintenance personnel training course in X enterprise.
