A Research On The Current Situation And Counterplan Of Domestic Service Of Shenyang City

With the industrial structure of shenyang advancing, the economic level has been improved. The development of domestic service industry can not only satisfy the demand for higher living standard, but also relieve the pressure of population aging, size of family smalling, employment, and so on. So, the research on domestic service industry of Shenyang becomes meaningful.In the thesis, five main research methods are used to analyse the development condition of domestic service industry, including documents collection, case comparition, questionnair survey, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the methods, the correlation thory and current situation of domestic servise at home and abroad are collected; the development process and the strengths advantage of pilipino domestic service industry are given for comparition with those in Shenyang city; strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of domestic service industry in Shenyang city are presented respectively; the market supply and demand condition are also reflected; and the demand in future is estimated by MATLAB.With beter analysis about the development condition of the domestic service industry in Shenyang, relating countermeasures are put forward such as the following. Macroscopic readjustment and control should be carried on as well as the key adjustment; develop characteristics and improve the overall industry envioment; lay emphasis on upscale market with participation of undergradutes and bottom-endofthemarket with combination between domestic service and community service.
