The Research Of Economy Relational Effects For Liaoning EMI

As a base of the development of national economy, Equipment Manufacturing Industry (hereinafter, EMI) supplies technical equipment to most industries, and industrial economy couldn't develop without it. EMI of Liaoning province is a critical part of our nation's manufacturing, which is leading industries of Liaoning province, which plays an important role in our nation's field of major technical equipment and complete sets equipment. It is both necessary and significant to analyze the effect of economic relation of Liaoning EMI under new circumstances. Relation analysis can define the effect of EMI for national economy, define the relational degree between EMI and industries, define what industries that makes great effect for itself and have important relational degree with it. Then, some effective and valuable industry policy can be established, the advantage of regional advantages can be exhibited.This article, firstly, discussed some basic theories about EMI and Liaoning EMI, and then chooses the Grey Theory as the theme's analysis instrument. Secondly, this paper analyzed the relational effect of Liaoning EMI from several point view through grey relational analysis, unveiled the economic relational effect based on grey relational degree which resulted from grey relational analysis. The result shows that EMI has a great contribution for Liaoning economy, which relates tightly with the first industry and the second industry. On the contrary, some advantaged industry, such as the general machine-building and the special machine-building in old time did not show a close relational degree because of the present fact. Thirdly, this article established a Grey Model (GM) to forecast the development of Liaoning EMI, which shows that Liaoning EMI had fluctuant increased in recent years, but it has a great potential. Lastly, this paper proposed some development strategy about Liaoning EMI, which contains that, the general machine-building and special machine-building should be treated as key sub-industries, and build'car model'based on it. In addition, the thesis proposes some additional suggestions from the view of serving industry, finance, informationization, and so on.
