In the context of Economic liberalization and financial disintermediation, Western Commercial Banks gradually shifted business focus, it is the main trend that the Western commercial banks focus their attentions on Intermediary Business. Since the 1980s, International Commercial Bank undergone the rapid development of intermediary business, the species was variety, the range was extensive, the scope of business increased day by day, Non-interest income grew fast. According to statistics, Western Commercial Bank has developed more than twenty thousand intermediate products, almost covered the traditional banking business, trust services, investment banking, mutual fund business and insurance, etc. At present, Chinese commercial banks developed slowly on Intermediary Business, the species was less variety, it was Low-tech, the income share of Intermediary Business is low, these greatly hampered the sustained and stable development of China's commercial banks. So, accelerate innovation of Intermediary Business, raise the development level of intermediary business, was an important task for future development of China's Commercial Bank.This paper used the methods of contrast, historical analysis and interpretation to study, used the whole process of product marketing as the main line, studied the Innovation Situation of Chinese commercial banks'Intermediate Business systematic, from the product, organization, marketing, service and risk management aspects, we found that there were many problems in the innovation of the Intermediary Business, such as the type of Intermediary Business was low, lack of innovative products, lack of organizational functions, customer management deficiencies, poor risk prevention capability. In view of the intermediary business's problems, this article maintains that separate management, property system, interest rate control, charging non-standard, low level of risk management were important factors that limited the development of Intermediary Business. For this reason, Chinese commercial banks should take effective measures to improve the status of intermediary business's development, found effective solutions to speed up related issues, to achieve the rapid development of Intermediary Business. The Specific measures included:accelerating the pace of Integrated Management, to achieve the rates changed with the market; strengthen the building of Intermediary Business organizations; improve the price management of Intermediary Business; speed up the use of information technology; improved the risk prevention level of Intermediate Business...
