Today,the large-scale information-based wave tide is rising in the world unexpectedly,and it has becoming an industrial revolution from a technique revolution.The information-based revolution has taken the humans into the new ear of the knowledge-based economy.The information technology pulls the economy to keep on growing and at the same time it also influences the innovation of business organizational structure and business organizational model. In this kind of ease,many scholars analyze and inquiry the relationship of information technology and organizational innovation,but most of them just focus on the dependent parts and most of the research is decentralized,lacking synthesizing the process of "reason,model,implementation,performance evaluation" of the organizational innovation based on the information technology.This Comprehensive analysis has very important guiding significance for the practice that introduces information technology into the business organizational innovation.This paper commits to a clear theoretical framework in order to service the business organizational innovation based on information technology.This paper follows the idea of raising questions,analyzing questions and solving questions.It uses a combination of research methods which contains the literature search,the interviews,the standardize research and small-scale research empirical study.First,this paper analyses the necessity of organizational innovation based on information technology from two aspects that are the information asymmetrical theory and the transaction cost theory;second,it tries to find the driving forces of the organizational innovation based on the information technology through deconstructing the organizations;on the basis of that,this paper analyses the new models of the organizational innovation based on the information technology;after the first three problems,it discusses the implementation process of the organizational innovation;finally,integrating the above issues,it establishes the Comprehensive Evaluation Model of the organizational innovation based on the information technology through the Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation,and provides a complete and detailed theoretical framework for the application of information technology in the enterprise organizations.
