A Study On The Management Mode Of Science & Technology Intermediate Organization In China

Science & technology intermediate organization which is the important part of national innovative system, is the bridge between technology and economy, and the important strength which can encourage the ability of technological innovative. However, there are different characteristics in the same mode in different countries. America is liberalism, Germany is macro-control and Japan is coordination. According to the inspiring of these experience, the article discusses about the improvement of the science & technology intermediate organization management mode with the analysis of the factors and the principles which affecting the choice of management mode. By the use of the analytical method of"choice club", it re-chooses the management mode of the science & technology intermediate organization, that is self-discipline under the macro-control of government.
