Since China's reform and opening,the economic and trade relations with the US is growing rapidly.The trade volume grows from 2.4 billion in 1979 to 365.98 billion U.S. dollars in 2009,and the average annual growth rate is over 20%.At the same time,Sino-US trade friction between the two countries have never stopped,particularly since the financial crisis,it is growing even stronger.The dispute not only limited to product in the field,but also on intellectual property rights,market accessing,labor standards and the RMB exchange rate issue.Bilateral trade friction between the two countries not only have damage to each other,and it is more likely to trigger a series of vicious chain reaction.Therefore the study of induced mechanism of Sino-US trade friction,and how reasonable and effective to avoid trade friction become hot issues among domestic and foreign scholars.This paper establishes a model to confirm the factor which could trigger trade frictions,then discusses the US trade friction causes,features and trend on the basis of empirical results.And establishing a model to analysis the inducing mechanism of Sino-US trade friction from views of the WTO system defects,differences in both systems and the impact of U.S. interest groups and the economy structural. Finally,analysising the positive effect of the Sino-US trade friction and giving the strategy choice to avoid trade friction.
