Knowledge is the enterprise to obtain a source of sustainable competitive advantage, and competition among modern enterprises is knowledge competition. Through knowledge sharing and knowledge integration to achieve Knowledge from Wonton to ordered, periodicity, benign changes is the basic law of the knowledge transformation enterprise core capabilities and competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing and knowledge integration are two key aspects of the process of knowledge management. The very meaning of Knowledge sharing and knowledge integration on the competitive advantage of organization to be more and more affirmed. However, personal knowledge of deep hidden in the individual brain, only sharing and integrating the personal knowledge would be realized and increased the organizational values, and the organization would achieve a lasting competitive advantage. Each individual is in the ever-changing structure of the complex social network resources, and individual in different locations of such complex social network have different amount of social capital. Knowledge-sharing attitudes and behavior of individual as well as the ability to integrate knowledge will be affected by the amount of social capital. After reference to the existing research results, I have proposed a "social capital knowledge sharing Knowledge Integration" research framework and established a role model of social capital, knowledge sharing and knowledge integration, and used knowledge-sharing attitudes and knowledge-sharing behavior as the intermediary variables to analyze the effect of structural capital, relational capital and knowledge capital on knowledge integration. Through literature research, field and experts interviews and scientific research team discussion to explore and revise the questionnaire, and collect the questionnaire data for shipbuilding enterprises of Shanghai and Jiangsu region. Using SPSS 14.0 and AMOS 7.0 to pre-test the questionnaire data and test models hypothesis. This paper reached the following conclusions:(1)Position and title have significant impact on Staff knowledge integration capabilities.(2)Knowledge-sharing attitudes and knowledge-sharing behavior has played an intermediary effect.(3)The different dimensions of social capital of employees have different effect on knowledge sharing and knowledge integration. Collective recognition which in the relationship dimension of social capital not only have a direct effect on knowledge integration but also through knowledge sharing to indirect impact on the knowledge integration.This paper analyzes the social capital of individual employee level, knowledge sharing and knowledge integration action mechanism for providing a basis of promote employee knowledge-sharing behavior and enhance staff capacity of knowledge integration, and for the enterprises to improve their core competencies and competitive advantages provide a certain significance.
