Research On Regional Innovation Growth And Knowledge Spillover Based On Industrial Aggregation

Knowledge spillover is knowledge diffusion, dissemination and transfer between cross-border innovation bodies, which are some kinds of involuntary knowledge spillovers with space limitation. It makes the innovative activities of innovation individual occur more in the industry cluster. The more important the input of new knowledge, the more obvious industry cluster of the innovation individual's innovation activities will be. Practice shows that knowledge spillovers promote innovation activities to carry out, the process of knowledge spillover has the significant positive effect in promoting innovation of main region(especially in Industry) to increase the overall level of technology and productivity rapidly, which performances technological innovation in the process of economic growth. This paper presents the interaction process of industrial agglomeration and knowledge spillovers with the starting to study the regional innovation growth model, which helps to define the long-term mechanism that knowledge spillovers do for regional innovation growth in the aggregation process of industry, then to explore the appropriate regional innovation path, from a longer-term complete perspective.In this paper, it studies the knowledge spillovers in industrial agglomeration with the base, and it presents the literature review of the content of gathering knowledge spillovers ,relevant main of spillover process and characteristics, make a deep analysis of interactive process mechanism of industrial agglomeration and knowledge spillover, and make a quantitative description for the interaction process of the two; it makes use of existing theory of knowledge spillover and industrial agglomeration, and studies their effects on the concentration of innovative output. The paper takes a parameter dimension of knowledge spillover strength and industry aggregation, constructing cumulative regional innovation growth mode based on industrial agglomeration and knowledge spillover interaction, exploring the growth path of regional innovation; Finally, it integrates real data of 12 provinces'manufacturing industries in Western Region to make case analysis, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to perfect knowledge spillovers mechanism within region cluster and improve innovation.
