Research On Industrial Cooperative Agglomeration And Regional Innovation Capability

As the Chinese economy enters a new normal,the "innovation-driven development strategy" has emerged.The implementation of the "innovation-driven development strategy" must use industry as a carrier to promote regional innovation through industrial agglomeration.The "Yangtze River Delta" region has developed productive service industries and manufacturing industries,and is the region with the strongest regional innovation capability and the highest regional innovation output in China.Studying the relationship between the "Yangtze River Delta" production service industry and manufacturing synergies and regional innovation capabilities has important implications for innovation and development in other parts of China.From the perspective of industrial agglomeration,this paper selects the '"Yangtze River Delta" region with the most developed economy in China as the research object,and studies the relationship between industrial synergy and regional innovation capability of 25 cities in the "Yangtze River Delta'" from 2010 to 2016.Firstly,we combine the characteristics of knowledge spillover and industry linkage,from the perspectives of knowledge spillover mechanism,knowledge-specific attribute mechanism and industrial interaction mechanism,to analyze the different paths of synergistic agglomeration of productive service industry and manufacturing industry to enhance regional innovation ability.Secondly,This paper analyzes the status quo of industrial agglomeration and regional innovation in the "Yangtze River Delta" region with some specific statistical data,points out the gap between different cities,and gives the reasons for this gap.Finally,the model adopts FGLS stepwise regression.The method was analyzed by regression.Due to the influence of industrial agglomeration on regional innovation capability,there may be certain industry heterogeneity.This paper also analyzes the impact of collaborative agglomeration of production service industry segment and manufacturing industry on regional innovation capability.In general,the synergy between the producer service industry and the manufacturing industry in the "Yangtze River Delta" region is positively correlated with the regional innovation capability.The synergistic concentration of productive service industry and manufacturing industry in the "Yangtze River Delta" region can promote the innovation capability of the "Yangtze River Delta" region This paper finds that the improvement of wage levels and the improvement of infrastructure construction level are conducive to enhancing regional innovation capability,and the government's support for innovation is not significant.In order to eliminate the error of the basic model,this paper constructs a dynamic panel with the first-order lag of the innovation ability of the interpreted variable region,and uses the system GMM estimation method to test the robustness.The results of dynamic panel analysis show that the lag first-order coefficient of the innovation ability of the region of explanatory variables is still significantly positive,indicating that innovation is a continuous dynamic process.In the long run,the government will play a negative role in the intervention of regional innovation.The real subject of innovation should be the enterprise itself.In addition,the paper also finds that the synergy of high-end producer services and manufacturing enhances the regional innovation capability,while the synergy of low-end producer services and manufacturing has a relatively small effect on regional innovation.The research in this paper also found that the investment in R&D expenditure in the“Yangtze River Delta" region is huge,and industrial enterprises in all enterprises have invested the most in innovation.In recent years,the number of patent applications granted in the "Yangtze River Delta" region has increased year by year,and the innovation output has been relatively high and the innovation capability is strong.The type of patent has changed from appearance design and utility model to invention type as a whole,indicating that the "added value" of innovation in the"Yangtze River Delta" region is improving.From a regional perspective,the synergistic concentration of industries in Shanghai,Suzhou,and Hangzhou has been relatively high,while the industrial agglomeration of Jiangsu's northern Jiangsu and southwestern Zhejiang is relatively low.The innovation output of the "Yangtze River Delta" region is mainly concentrated in the south of the Yangtze River,and the intensity of innovation is decreasing from the Yangtze River to the periphery.According to the research conclusions of this paper,some policy suggestions can be proposed.In order to achieve synergy between industrial development and regional innovation,the industrial structure should be adjusted to optimize the industrial space layout.Secondly,taking into account the differences in regional development,a differentiated innovation-driven development strategy should be implemented;finally,the development of urban agglomerations should be accelerated and the interconnection and labor mobility between cities should be accelerated.
