Design And Implementation Of The Information System For The Cultivated Land Requisition-compensation Balance Based On COM-GIS

The strategy of cultivated land requisition—compensation balance is based on theprinciple ofkeep balance ofthe agricultural production capacity for ensuring our foodsecurity,which take advantage of the data of the agricultural land classification tokeep cultivated land requisition—compensation balance in a certain time and districtscale．In order to carry out the strategy of cultivated land requisition—compensationbalance ill China,it is necessary to develop an information system for the cultivatedland requisition—compensation balance based on COM-GIS,spatial database and OOP．This paper introduces the background,significance and character of the researchand development of the information system for the cultivated landrequisition-compensation balance,analyzes the research progress in this field．Thenthe strategy of cultivated land requisition—compensation balance,the agricultural landclassification and the quantity—quality conversion of supplementary cultivated landhas been represented．At last this paper introduce the development,structure andapplication of COM—GIS,and interaction between．NET framework and COM,thefunction and character ofArcGIS EngineThe purpose of the system has been confirmed based on the analysis of thedemand of the cultivated land requisition—compensation balance work,then propose acompleted solution of the development of information system for the cultivated landrequisition-compensation balance based on COM—G1S,in which the system structureand the database model have been designed．At last this paper tries to develop asystem based on ArcGIS Engine,ArcSDE spatial data engine,Oracle databasemanage t001．and the C#NET programming language the content of this paperincludes:Analyze and design the spatial database model,input the data of land use and theagricultural land classification to database,consider the relationship ofthe spatial dataand the attribute data,design the attribute database based on E—R model．Based on the technology of the COM-GIS and the model of the quantity—-qualityconversion of supplementary cultivated land,design and implement the information system for the cultivated land requisition—compensation balance in ArcGlS and．NETframework,and the detailed main function ofthe system be introduced．With the information system,the author finished a cultivated landrequisition—compensation balance project,to analyze the changes on the area,classification,and agricultural production capacity．...
