Research On Apparel Industrial Park For Operating Mode And Benefit Assessment

At present, the apparel industry in China is developing from OEM to ODM and OBM while its industrial structure is also upgrading.The focus of China apparel industry is quality, innovation, rapid response, environmental protection and social responsibility.For the status quo of the apparel industrial park, park infrastructure should be improved, the development of design innovation capability needs to be strengthened.There are still many problems to be solved such as the main industry and structure of parks, Park's Brand as well as inter-firm linkages.On the basis of the industrial location theory, the theory of industrial clusters and other related papers,this article anlyzes those cases of domestic and foreign industrial clusters and parks including theories and developing characteristics.Through a number of researches on textiles and apparel of the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing,analyze the data collected by interview and questionnaire on industrial parks and enterprises to find the current situation and problems of the industrial parks.After researching on the macro and micro-apparel industry and the operating environment of industrial park, analyze and sum up the operating strategy and mode of the textile industrial clusters.Based on the case studying of Beijing industrial park,use gray related degree and financial indicators to assess the social and economic benefits of the apparel industry park.Novelty Search shows the conclusion:In this paper, based on macro background of the Chinese textile industry,focusing on the the current situation and problems of apparel industrial park, to explore the operating mode from the strategic location, the park features and the industrial chain of apparel industry park,combining the sensitivity analysis and gray correlation to assess the economic benefits of Beijing apparel industrial park with a novelty.
