| In today's world, countries in the world pay more and more attention to the development of science and technology, the competition between countries is technology and knowledge competition. Technology innovation plays an important role in promoting one country economic development, also affect the development of foreign trade. Relatively high technological content of high-tech exports growing in size, representing the proportion of total merchandise exports are increasing, the export of high technology industry drived the development of foreign trade. This paper adopts normative research and empirical test to research the effect of technological innovation on Chinese high-tech products export trade.Firstly, this article summarized the international trade theory and the research situation at home and abroad. Secondly, investigated the meaning of technological innovation and the high-tech products, and the technological innovation have a significant impact on international trade. Then analyzes the status of technological innovation and high-tech products export, use econometric analysis software for empirical analysis. Finally, according to the analysis of the above, puts forward related suggestions. Chapter 3 and chapter 4 are this paper's main parts. Through the comparison with other countries in the technological innovation, we can find the gap between China and the developed country. In the fourth chapter, we considers R&D expenditure, manpower capital investment and the number of patents, and discuss its influence on the high-tech products export respectively. The result of empirical study shows that, the R&D expenditure and the number of patents have been playing positive roles to high-tech products export. While, manpower capital investment has nothing to do with the high-tech products export. Based on the above analysis, the author puts forward three proposals to make the best efforts to promote high-tech products export trade. |
