In accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) for typical representative of processing trade pattern plays an important role on China development especially on foreign economic and trade in recent years. It's profound performance of comparative advantage theory under economic internationalization and globalizationo It's developed countries who grasp core competitiveness use developing countries cheap labor cost advantage carrying out a world-wide optimal allocation of resource.But as China's low labor cost comparative advantage weakened increasingly, Chinese enterprise who relys on low cost comparative advantage gains less and less extra profit in the international division. What's more, as Chinese enterprise has insufficient ability of innovation, disability technology update and low production efficiency, make our country to a developed coutries processing trade center suffered from the international trading friction and trade environment degradation. Therefore, enterprises must carry out transformation and upgrade if wants to gain a rapid development in the future.In this article, come out FSK technology group OEM business mode transformation and upgrading scheme and implementation details based on the analysis of comparative advantage theory and value chain theory.
