The Research On Influential Factors And The Utmostscale Of Urban Land Expansion Of Zhengzhou City

Our country is in a rapid development of urbanization and industralization,with the rapid development of social economy andimprovement of the urbanization level,the demand on the urban land will be continue to increase.So it is an indispensible trend about urban land expansion,however,the land for urban development is mostly the high quality arable land around the city in our country.It is no doubt that a more serious tense situation is around the corner for the national condition between human beings and the land.Therefore,after realised the contradictories between the city development and urban land,to study the influences of urban land expantion and the land scale on city development becoming the central issue,because it is of the great signifacance to protect cultivated land to promotethe land resource to be in sustainable use.The paper, based on the former achievementsand according to the present land use situation in Zhengzhou,we applying the combination of the method analysis and practise analysis to analyse the influencing factors on urban land expantion in Zhengzhou City,setting up the land expantion scale's modle,and lastly obtain the urban growth boundary on urban land expantion about Zhengzhou City.Five charters included in this text,the contend is as follows:The first charter,Introduction.Expounding the background of writting and the significance,the study of international trend,contend ,method and route on technology.The second charter,The relevant conception and method foundation.Making a boundry on the relevant conception in the reasearch,simultaneously, we have made a simple analysis on the relevant method about urban land scale.The third charter,The influencing factors to the expantion of urban land and analysis on urban growth boundary.At first we made a fixed analysis from natural effects,economical effects and social effects on the influences of the urban land expantion.Fuethermore,inquired into the several ways to build the urban growth boundary model.The fourth charter:The research on influencing factors of urban land expansion and the urban growth boundary.The charter includes three parts,in the first part,based on some introductions about geographical location and social economy,we analysed the trend and history of th urban land expantion about Zhengzhou City.The second part is the analysis about inflencing factors of land expantion in Zhengzhou City.Just as follows:first,we made a fixed analysis respectively from factors on social development and economical development on the influencing factors about urban land expantion.second,Use the fixed method.In the first place,taking advantage of relations to analysis each factor to the degree of influences in land scale and then determine what the dominant effects are to affect urban land scale with the main component analysis.finally,some explanations were made to rebuild the relevant regressive model.The third part:adopting mult-ilinearity regressive model to make prediction about the urban growth boundary of building zone in Zhengzhou.The fifth charter:the conclusion,policying suggestion and argument.Summarising the main conclutions of the reseach in this paper,putting forward policying suggestion,making discussions about the existing shortcomings and taking further steps for some aspects which need to reflect on.
