With the continuous development of social economy,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the transformation has become a necessary measure for enterprises to constantly adapt to changes in the external environment and improve competitiveness.Whether it is enterprise strategic change,personnel change,structural change or technological and mission change,is inseparable from the support of corporate culture change.The core of corporate culture change is the change of values of organizational members.Once,the enterprise's value system is formed,it has relatively stable and long-lasting characteristics.Therefore,the cultural changes are much more complicated than other types of organizational changes,which makes the cultural changes full of uncertainty.Before undertaking corporate culture change,it is an important and necessary basic work to diagnose and analyze corporate culture.This paper selects the OCAI scale,a cultural diagnostic tool with strong operability and intuitiveness,and combines qualitative and quantitative analysis to diagnose the enterprise culture of D company.The OCAI scale culture diagnostic tool was proposed by the famous American organization theory scholars Cameron and Quinn in the late 1990 s.After years of testing and testing,it has become the authoritative theoretical tool for the diagnosis of enterprise culture.With the help of this tool,this study compares the cultural status of the employees of different ages and levels of D company and the expected cultural types,and investigates the work status of the employees,the existing cultural system of the enterprise,and the work of the enterprise leaders in the remolding of the enterprise culture,etc.,The cultural types suitable for the development of D company are determined with the observation and implementation of the enterprise values,employee satisfaction and enterprise culture system and so on,and the suggestions for the direction of cultural change and the strategy of change of D company are put forward.It is found that D company,as a veteran state-owned enterprise,is characterized by its hierarchical characteristics,which has seriously hindered the release of enterprise dynamics and vitality.It must make the enterprise change to the market-oriented and flexible direction,and completely transform the business philosophy and core values,and change the original management system.All of these require the common understanding and efforts of all cadres and staff in D company.The transformation of corporate culture is a complex and arduous task.The diagnosis of this enterprise culture will provide reference and basis for D's cultural transformation.
