Research On Lack Situation Of Corporate Social Responsibility Of China

Following the economic development globalization and big scale industry revolution , the effect of enterprise on nation and all world continual development has been the focus by the whole world. The social accountability of enterprise has been developed to strategic layer. But in China, enterprise especially coal digging enterprise has apparently lack , which shows embarrassing situation of Chinese enterprise social accountability works. In future this situation will destroy the social fortune and environment situation. So it is a important job in china now.In this article, first part the background and developing process has been investigated. Then in second part the CSR of enterprise has been described, and mainly including CSR define, CSR system content, economic duty, moral duty and law duty of CSR.In the third part, CSR of enterprise has been summarized basis of fact. In this phase international society situation and trend demands enterprise should take CSR. At the same time, there is a co-developing relationship between enterprise and society. The content, situation, necessary and urgency of SA8000 system was discussed in this part.In the fourth part, Chinese enterprise lack situation has been summarized especially the CSR lack situation of Chinese coal digging enterprise. Aiming to this phenomenon, the root cause has been analyzed from external and internal cause.In the fifth part article discussed the reality way of developing Chinese enterprise CSR. The analysis is mainly via economic way, law way and moral way. At the same time SA 8000 certification should be a effective measure for Chinese CSR developing.
