With the acceleration of economic globalization, the further integration of economic and trade relations between countries, the rising scale of international trade, countries are trying to take the initiative in trade, and actively promote free trade zones, free trade ideology has been firmly established. U.S. rhetoric blindly advocate of trade liberalization also timely, less-developed countries or regions blindly believe in the myth of free trade, premature or excessive development of the domestic market, nothing more than for the United States and other developed countries to open the door to open up world markets to for its large number of dumping domestic surplus of manufactured goods. At the same time, the United States starts to establish the early days of trade protection policy, a high degree of trade liberalization until today, the U.S. trade protection policy has not quit the stage of history, but even more rampant. We can see that the U.S. has been advertised free trade, the beneficiaries of free trade, more importantly, ongoing research to use trade protection policy, but also the beneficiaries of trade protection.
