A Study Of Service Development Countermeasure Based On The Location Advantages

With the rapid growth of the modern economy, the national economy value in the service industry and absorbing the percentage of employment population increasing in national economy, has held a dominant position in the measure of economic modernization, become the important indexes. But judging by the current economic development of China's low- leveled service industry, the services development in domestic regions is not balanced, for example, at present, the development of Jilin services appeared slow, unreasonable internal structure, etc. In both at home and abroad on the basis of study of services ,this paper defines the connotation of the services ,and makes data analysis for the country's 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions at present services development status.It draws the conclusion that Chinese service industry is very backward compared with world level, and regional services development is not balanced. Then, taking Jilin services development as an empirical analysis of the whole case, it makes the chart analysis based on the overall services in Jilin province and the development status of urban services development. The overall development of the service industry of jilin province level is relatively backward and the development of the urban services is unbalanced because people still promote economic development mainly by the second industry in Jilin province. This paper analyses the services in Jilin province by using the "diamond" model and the concentration degree model which includes concentration degree model for spatial Gini coefficient, Hector Fanta's index and location quotient. Firstly, it analyses the advantages of location of Jilin province. Then it makes the concentration degree analysis on the services internal industries in Jilin. The measure results show that the whole cluster service of Jilin province level is very low , it is not balanced in each industry development and in general some traditional services development are much more mature. These are not only reflected in the proportion of service industry, the values calculated by the model are much bigger. But the development of modern service industry is in the primary stage, the proportion of service industry is relatively small and the values of the measuring out are minimal. To analyze the existing problems in the development of Jilin province according to this phenomenon, this paper puts forward that only services internal structure to reasonable adjustment and to fuse between different industries can we develop Jilin services vigorously.
