Changchun FAW Fu Wei Auto Parts Co., Ltd., which is the holding subsidiary owned by FAW Group Corporation, also counts the core parts supplier of FAW Group. As the wholly-owned enterprise with the main business, car assembly plant, which is the wholly-owned factory under Fu Wei Stock Company and established in 2003, shoulders the business of producing, assembling and delivering of various vehicles and wheels for FAW-Volkswagen and FAW Car Company. In accordance with the service principle of Fu Wei Stock Company, the plant has been taking customers'needs as its own duty so as to provide more advanced technology, top-ranking production quality and prompt and correct logistics as well as helping consumers to promote the production competitiveness. The car assembly plant has been constantly promoting its management level, improving operating level of its logistics and implementing the full range of management standardization in order to satisfy the growing demands of customers. It will also, as always, devote itself to offering high-quality production and service with innovative technology to more customers, establish permanent partnership with them and gain common success with enterprises both in China and the world at large on the foundation of respect, trust and mutual benefit. In spite of the certain achievements we have accomplished in some projects, it is quite far from enough. Aiming at logistics standardization, in particular, the aspects of standard technology and procedure, I will explore to improve logistics management by employing more scientific and effective approaches.The thesis conducts research on the standardized designing in the logistics management process of auto parts enterprises, gives brief introduction to the current situation of logistics standardization work of domestic auto parts enterprises, assembling and producing methods of car tires as well as the logistics process. Meanwhile, it also introduces the current situation of logistics standardization application both home and abroad, fundamental principle and steps of logistics standardized designing, takes advantage of project plan for logistics standardized designing of assembly plant for car tires and puts some quantity analyzing tools into application in the designing process of logistics standardization and the subsequent follow-up after implementation. For instance, in the process of implementation, the carrying out method of Six Sigma Management is used for reference, and the analyzing approach of Six Sigma Management is put into application from initial definition to the control after implementation of the project so as to summarize in details the source and definition of the problems in each phase. In addition, the measuring means and indexes are utilized for analysis and improvement of the whole process as well as corresponding regulation of the scheme in order to ultimately figure out the best designing plan, optimize logistics operation and accomplish a scientific and simple effect with strong operability. The designing is performed with a number of standardized flow charts, flow tables and necessary operating instructions from purchasing and receiving goods to distribution for customers in the workflow designing. And then solutions for existing and proposed problems of the current procedure and situation are presented with the designed standard operating procedures. Furthermore, management of the whole process is conducted with bar code in accordance with the principle of first-in, first-out in order to simplify operating procedures, gaining fairly good effect at present. Finally, the issue of effect analyzing and evaluation of logistics program of standard operation prior to implementation is discussed, and the analyzing and evaluating approach with references of analyzing tools such as 5WHY etc. is presented with supplemented examples for illustration. The designing program does not only demonstrate innovation from thought and content, but also indicate its characteristics with a large number of standardized flow charts, flow tables and the integrity itself. At last, corresponding measures and subsequent following up are taken for relevant problems.
