Research On The Application Of E-KANBAN In C Company

Face fierce competition environment and severe challenges, improve the operation management level, to realize sustainable development becomes more and more important, e-KANBAN is one of commonly used technology, which help to achieve towards continuous improvement.This thesis selected application of e-KANBAN in C company as research background, combined with production MES system, ERP system and KANBAN techniques, scientifically applied the principle of lean production, introduced and analyzed the operation experience. Respectively in the view of pull raw materials from warehouse and semi-finished products for finished product line, design related e-KANBAN concept to ensure the timely production, reduce inventory, decrease waste. Hope it could help the Chinese manufacturing enterprises sustainable development, build the core competitiveness and achieve excellence operation.
