JIT production is a new type of effective production, which take reducing costs as the basic purpose, in the full swing of all aspects of the production system. JIT take use of kanban management tools. Kanban as clever nerve connecting the procedure plays an important role. Kanban method is the transfer of the logistics or information flow between the same procedure or before and after the procedure or process. JIT is a pull-style management, it needs information from the last process flow through the transmission of information on a process, which passing the information carrier is kanban. No Kanban, JIT can not be carried out. Therefore, JIT production is sometimes referred to Kanban production.German Steel Group is a global garden machinery technology and market leader in sales in 160 countries. In 2005, STIHE Group in China to create its wholly owned subsidiary of investment-ANDREAS STIHL Power Tools (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. In order to improve production efficiency,2009, STIHL Qingdao, the company introduced the advanced Toyota production system, most notably Toyota's Kanban management. However, in actual production, the problems continue to arise. That generated a lot of waste, increase the a lot cost of running. In this context, the paper absorb the advanced management of scientific theory, according to the specific needs of enterprise production and management, And the continuity and variety of production and management features, analysis of the Steel Company Kanban management system.Paper firstly introduces the theory of lean manufacturing, relations between JIT management and Kanban management, expounds the theory on Kanban. Then, describe the status running Kanban of the company, Kanban management system and the production system as the center of the analysis, found that recurrent problem in production, and essential cause of the problem in the analysis. Finally, put forward the corresponding improvement methods to these issues, and re-design the Kanban management system, thus improve the management system and Kanban system of the company, reducing the occurrence of the problem, reducing waste, increasing efficiency.
